Nous avons toujours eu quelques difficultés à trouver de bons restaurants Japonais sur Nantes. Soyons clairs, si nous étions à la recherche d’une cuisine japonaise simple et « occidentalisée » (sushi, sashimi, california rolls, brochettes…), nous voulions du choix, des plats soignés et un rapport qualité prix correct. Ce restaurant « ne paye pas de mine », et comme il se trouve dans une zone excentrée, j’avoue que si je n’étais pas tombé sur des commentaires positifs, je n’y serai pas allé par hasard. Je suis végétarien, et j’ai pu me constituer un menu à la carte sans me ruiner. Si les makis étaient simples, il n’en étaient pas moins copieux et bien « tenus ». La famille a pu se faire plaisir avec des menus brochettes / makis savoureux, et nous avons même commandé une tournée supplémentaire (california rolls, brochettes de champignons) au regard des prix abordables. Nous sommes également repartis avec une soupe à emporter pour le plus grand plaisir de ma fille (repas du lendemain midi…). Le service est attentionné, l’ambiance musicale douce et « internationale » (pas de musique traditionnelle) et j’ai même pu profiter d’un « Doliprane » pour un mal de crâne qui s’est invité à la soirée...
